<span style="font-size: 15px;letter-spacing: 1px;">各区县（功能区）住房城乡建设部门，各街道办事处物业管理机构，各物业服务企业：</span>
</p>
<p style="text-indent: 2em;margin: 8px;line-height: 1.5em;">
<span style="font-size: 15px;letter-spacing: 1px;">为规范全市物业服务市场秩序，提高物业服务企业服务水平，建立诚实守信的市场环境，根据《山东省物业服务企业信用信息管理办法》《济南市物业管理条例》，市住房城乡建设局对各物业服务企业在山东省物业服务企业信用信息管理系统上生成的信用等级进行公布。截至2025年4月7日，52家物业服务企业为AAA级，14家物业服务企业为AA级，37家物业服务企业为A级，993家物业服务企业为B级，5家物业服务企业为C级。同时，经与济南市智慧物业管理平台比对核实，另有64家物业服务企业在我市实际从事物业服务活动，但未按要求参加信用信息管理（见附件2），信用等级为C级（缺失）。</span>
