<span textstyle="" style="font-size: 15px;letter-spacing: 1px;">“手机口”是指将两部手机用音频线连接或同时打开外放，其中一部手机通过网络与诈骗分子通话，另一部通过电话卡拨打受害人电话，实现语音中转，成功掩饰诈骗电话归属地，来降低受害人的警惕,实现让诈骗分子和受害人直接通话的目的。</span>

<span textstyle="" style="font-size: 15px;letter-spacing: 1px;">近期，小文（化名）浏览短视频平台时，看到有人发布的“高回报一小时800元”“轻松兼职无需经验”“只需要两部手机在家就能赚钱”兼职信息，小文想着可以赚点零花钱，就按照视频上的信息添加了对方QQ好友，后被对方拉入QQ群聊内，群内有专门的接待人员自称是某某教育机构工作人员，招聘客服拨打电话，然后让小文准备两部手机，一部联网与其保持视频通话，另一部放入手机卡根据提供的号码拨打电话，仅仅一个小时，小文便拨打了40余个电话，目前小文已被我局依法作出行政处罚。</span>
